You should now be back to where you joined the two bumps together and have completed 60 SC stitches in total this round. Round 11: Join the two bumps together by with a SC in the next stitch on the first bump (this is the stitch after you fastened off the first bump). Rounds 6-10: SC in each stitch around (30) Round 5: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next 3, repeat around (30) LARGE CROCHET HEART PILLOW (11”wide x 10” tall) Heart Bumps (make 2) Then fasten off, weave in ends, and you’re all done!! Make sure you have added enough stuffing to your heart. *Remember to add more stuffing to the heart before the opening gets too Round 18: SC DEC, SC in next stitch, repeat around (16) Round 16: SC DEC, SC in next 2 stitches, repeat around (24) Continue stuffing as you work through the next rounds. You can do this now or later after the heart is finished.
Use your yarn needle and the tail from the first bump to sew this gap closed. *You will probably have a gap between the two bumps where you joined them. Rounds 9-10: SC in each stitch around (48) (48) ( It might help to put a stitch marker or a piece of yarn at the start of this round so you can see where the round starts/ends). You should now be back to where you joined the two bumps together and have completed 48 SC stitches in total this round. SC in the remainder of the stitches around the first bump (24) (only work over the yarn tail of the first bump for a few stitches, then leave it loose because you will use it to sew the gap in the middle of the two bumps later) and then continue to make SC stitches around the second bump (24). Round 8: Join the two bumps together by with a SC in the next stitch on the first bump (this is the stitch after you fastened off the first bump). When you are finished making the second bump, do Round 4: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next 2, repeat around (24) Round 3: 2 SC in first stitch, SC in next, repeat around (18) Round 1: Magic circle, ch 1, 6 SC into ring (6) SMALL CROCHET HEART PILLOW (8” wide x 7.5” tall) Heart Bumps (make 2) To make these crochet heart pillows, first you will start by making the two “bumps” of the top of the heart, then you will crochet them together and continue towards the bottom of the heart. It is useful to use a stitch marker (or a piece of yarn) to keep track of the start or end of each round to help you keep track. Instead you need to keep track of where each round started and how many stitches you have made because after each round you move right into the next one (with no join). Continuous Rounds – This pattern is worked up in continuous rounds, which means that you will not be joining the last stitch of the round with the first one.
